## Requirements

* OpenWRT 21.02 or newer.

> When upgrading to newer versions of OpenWRT our instructions assume you perform a factory-reset. This ensures everyone starts with the same setup and keeps our documentation simple and straight-forward.

## Warning!

XRay on OpenWRT has a HUGE number of options and is the most complex VPN option you'll find on our website. 

Our instructions assume you start with a clean router and a clean XRay setup. If you've made any other changes we cannot provide support.
