If you're looking for something more custom, you have two options: Using the Custom Rules option. Any domains you don't want on our servers you would add under the Direct Url or IP section. The predefined rules are updated each time you update the app. You set the correct setting once, and don't have to worry about it anymore. The other two options will require quite some work and maintenance from yourself.
