Some of the invoice e-mails we sent out in the last few days had a payment link which worked for only 15 minutes. Much too short.
We've resolved the issue. All invoice e-mails now contain a payment link that works until the invoice is canceled. (Usually after 7 days.)
If your payment link expired prematurely, please login to our website, choose Account > Invoices and click the Pay button for the relevant invoice.
Alternatively you may request our support team to send you a new invoice e-mail.
