Servers do not work

The most common cause for this problem is an outdated server list. Please disconnect from our service, update the server list, then connect to our service.

Server list fails to update

You probably need to update your VPX app itself first, then update the server list.

VPX account is suspended

The most common causes for this problem are:

1. Invoice is overdue -> pay the invoice and the account will re-activate.
2. Bittorrent was used -> inform us that bittorrent has stopped and we will re-activate your account.

Billing account is closed

The most common cause for this problem is an e-mail failure (e.g. mailbox is full). Please make sure your e-mail address works properly.
