These instructions require you to SSH into your router. If you're not comfortable using SSH, please choose a different VPN method.

• OpenWRT 21.02 or newer.

When upgrading to newer versions of OpenWRT our instructions assume you perform a factory-reset. This ensures everyone starts with the same setup and keeps our documentation simple and straight-forward.

• Install XRay packages
• Import XRay settings
• Connect and disconnecting the VPN
• Update XRay packages

Warning!

XRay on OpenWRT has a HUGE number of options and is the most complex VPN option you'll find on our website.

Our instructions assume you start with a clean router and a clean XRay setup. If you've made any other changes we cannot provide support.
