These terms cover your use of 12VPX NEO, provided by Wanwire LLC.

By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The 12VPX service
12VPX NEO is designed for use with 12VPX. These terms cover the app itself. Your 12VPX subscription and VPN service have separate terms covering service access, charges and refunds.
3. Lawful use
You are responsible for how you use the app. Use it only for lawful purposes and follow the laws that apply where you use it.
4. Parental permission
If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian’s permission to use the app.
5. Fees
The app is free to use. Your VPN provider or other connected services may charge for their services. Their terms cover those charges and any refunds.
6. Availability and warranties
We provide the app “as is.” We cannot promise that it will always be available, work without errors, or work with every service provider.
Where the law allows, we provide the app without warranties.
7. Liability and your rights
To the extent allowed by law, Wanwire LLC is not responsible for loss or damage arising from your use of the app.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities we cannot legally exclude or takes away rights the law guarantees you.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and publish the changes on this page. Where the law requires notice or your agreement, we will provide notice or ask for your agreement before the changes apply.
